I like taking my vehicle here instead of the dealership for repairs. Saves me money and Noah is a great advisor.

New tires were recommended for around $900, saying tread was too worn to rotate the tires. Not true. I trust Ed but not all his employees. Very disappointed. Rita Wilson

I’ll have to say, unfortunately, I did not have the best experience as a 1st time customer. After replacing fuel pump and modulator, my car smelled like fuel almost a week later. Walter, had me bring it in and he was helpful but I’m heading out to Florida and I’m extremely nervous. Took almost 3 weeks for car to be completed. I understand shipping of parts but I had to call and check the status and was told, basically that my car would go to the end of the line which would have made it a full 3 weeks. Again, Walter stepped in and got my car in a bay on Wednesday instead of Friday. 3 weeks w/o my car is just too long. Snacks were left in my car, Walter said he and the GM were addressing this with the service guys who both denied leaving food, a drink and bandaid wrappers in there. I assume the problem was fixed, guess time will tell…like when I’m 6 hours from home. Thanks, Walter for your help.

Always as scheduled and thorough. I go to Full Throttle for everything, even simple oil changes. I know that they have skilled mechanics who know what they are doing. I have had too many issues with the drive in oil change places to be worth going for the cheapest price. Quality workmanship is hard to find.

My car is on for repairs. I expect awesome results. They loaned me a car also.

Everyone was very understanding while I did research on what spacers I needed for the correct off-Set for my Fuchs Wheels to fit my 2001 986 Porsche.
